Care & Use

1. Before first use, wash off the protective wax glaze with hot soapy water and a sponge. Dry thoroughly before using.
2. After washing, this pre-seasoned pan is ready to go. Heat the pan and pour on the oil or butter. Don’t overheat the pan.
3. Use hot running water and a sponge or a scrub brush to clean. Dry immediately. Rub with a little oil before storing to boost the natural nonstick layer.
4. For tough, burnt-on messes you can scrub the pan with salt and paper towels. Never soak this pan or put it in the dishwasher!
