How to Make the Perfect Whey Protein Shake: Shake or Blend

Tip: Use a range of 6 to 8 oz of fluid, depending on how concentrated you prefer the taste of your shake to be.

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 6 to 8 oz of water or skim milk, according to taste. Take up to 2 servings per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
