How to use:
Drop toner on a cotton pad and wipe over your face. It is recommended to place a cotton pad on your
middle finger and use your ring finger and forefinger to clamp the cotton pad so that it does not come off.
Then, drop the toner onto a cotton pad and apply it all over your face from bottom to top for a lifted look.
