Crafted from durable premium stoneware in a variety of our iconic colors of LE CREUSET, the vibrant enamel glaze resists cracking, scratches and is dishwasher-safe.

The Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers functionality, materials and workmanship, subject to normal use and maintenance as specified in care instructions. If the user follows the care instructions after the warranty period, Kitchenware are still functional.

Normal use in this case means using the product for cooking and washing once a day.
Cookware

cookware has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects when used accordingly with our care instructions.

The warranty does not cover

• Misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, improper storing, modifying the product, using the wrong type of cleaning product
• Accident
• Dropping
• Overheating, fire
• Scratches
• Discolorations (stainless steel can become blue or golden brown),
• Wooden product
• Dents
• From use other than the intended purpose of the item.
• If the product is used or stored outdoors. Or in wet areas.
• Consequential damages and incidental damages
• The use of unapproved utensils such as use metal utensils on coated pan.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the inspection process and return delivery of your item.
