The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade was forged in Solingen, Germany from corrosion-resistant stainless steel from the exclusive ZWILLING special melt, is very durable and at the same time keeps its edge and is flexible. Together with the newly formed, ergonomic knife handle, this ensures comfortable, fatigue-free work with any cutting technique. And because ZWILLING cares about the environment just as much as you do, we have developed new packaging especially for our ALL STAR knives that is completely plastic-free and therefore particularly sustainable.
