• Foam: 2-year warranty- Over time, foam and fiber fillings may compress slightly, which is considered normal. The warranty covers excessive foam sagging (more than 2 cm) but does not cover fiber compression.
• Electric: 1-year warranty
Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. A valid warranty card and official receipt must be presented for any warranty claims.
2. The warranty only covers usage within the country.
3. Delivery, transportation, and relocation fees are not covered.
4. The warranty does not cover improper use or exceeding the weight limit (more than 120 kg).
5. Any unauthorized modifications or alterations will void the warranty.
6. After the warranty period expires, repair services will incur charges based on actual costs.
Usage & Maintenance Guidelines
1. Regularly clean the chair’s surface. If there are stains, use a clean damp cloth to wipe gently, then follow with a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture. Neglecting surface maintenance may lead to premature deterioration of the upholstery material.
2. Always fold the footrest back in before getting up to extend the lifespan of the chair’s mechanism.
3. The internal reclining mechanism is made of durable steel. During adjustments, some operational sounds may occur.
4. The lever mechanism is designed for long-term durability if used correctly. If you have any doubts about its operation, please contact customer service for proper usage instructions.
5. Avoid cuts, scratches, or heavy pressure from sharp or hard objects.
6. Keep the chair away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames to prevent material damage.
7. Place the recliner in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture buildup, which could lead to mold growth.
Return Policy
The company reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Any quality issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product for consideration.
