Praise or treat the dog when the Dogalter is fitted and when it is taken off. The dog will then associate the Dogalter with praise or treat so it can be taken on or off with ease. · When walking, ensure to handle the lead correctly, keeping it a little slack.
Note that when first introducing your dog to the Dogalter, accustoming them to the product is necessary.
