Large package
- The order shall be shipped within 7 working days for Bangkok Metropolitan Region, within 14 working days for other areas.
- The company staff will contact and arrange the delivery within 1-3 business days.
- We reserve the right not to deliver the product across the Island.
- Delivery excludes 3 provinces: Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat.
- Delivery also excludes Mae Hong Son Province and mountainous area.
Warranty
– Company will only accept returns up to 7 days after the delivery of the product.The returned products are inspected whether there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect before exchanging for a new one.
