Before use

• After removing the cookware from the box, wash it with warm water with soap or dishwashing detergent. With a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Before cooking with your new cookware for the first time: heat the pan over low heat. Wipe the vegetable oil on the non-stick surface and let the pan cool down. Then wipe off as much of the oil as possible with paper. This will increase the properties of the coating. You may do this sporadically and each time before storing the cookware.

Maintenance and cleaning

• Let the pan cool down before immersing it in water.
• NON-STICK cookware can be very easy to clean. Hand washing and dishwashing liquid will suffice. Avoid cleaning in the dishwasher as this will shorten the life of the pot/pan coating.
• Clean after each use with dishwashing liquid. Make sure you don’t use harsh cleaning products that contain citric acid or that contain chlorine bleach. Use warm water and dishwashing liquid and a sponge or dishcloth. Do not use steel wool or nylon scouring pads. Oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners containing chlorine bleach or acid-based cleaners. After washing, dry immediately with a soft cloth.
