RowErg Air Resistance Rowing Machine | Concept2
RowErg is a real rowing simulator developed by Concept2 for training muscles and the cardiovascular system. It helps to strengthen the legs, back, arms and core, as well as improve the endurance of the cardiovascular system.
RowErg uses the Air Resistance System, which increases the resistance with the force that the user rows, allowing the intensity of the training to be automatically adjusted.
