• After receiving the product, please register your warranty online within 5 days at the IRONTEC website. If you need an invoice in digital or printed format, please contact our customer service team.
• This product is non-returnable.

Shipping Service Terms and Conditions

• Products will be shipped directly by the seller within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.
• The product will be delivered to the front of the house (ground floor) only. Delivery staff will not move the product inside the house or to upper floors. Delivery is handled by an external shipping company in accordance with the company’s policy. We appreciate your understanding.
• Delivery is not available to the following areas: Phi Phi Island, Koh Tao, Koh Lanta, Koh Yao Yai, Koh Chang, Koh Samui, and Koh Phangan.
